Funding will advance clinical trials for its lead radiopharmaceutical candidate targeting advanced sarcomas and expand pipeline development.
Ratio Therapeutics, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical developer, has secured $70m in Series C financing. The round included existing investors Duquesne Family Office and Bristol Myers Squibb, alongside new backers Catalio Capital Management, Eli Lilly and Company, and Wasatch Group.
Proceeds will fund the ATLAS trial for [Ac-225]RTX-2358, a fibroblast activation protein-targeted therapy for advanced sarcomas, and support a next-generation radioligand candidate. The company also plans to broaden its pipeline and scale manufacturing capabilities.
CEO Jack Hoppin stated the funding underscores investor confidence in the company’s progress and future opportunities, including an upcoming fifth IND filing.
