Prior to the sale, Childs held a direct position in 388,000 shares, which has since declined to approximately $38.0 million in value at the July 29 market close of $109.66. His indirect holdings, consisting of 12,702 shares in a 401K plan, remained unchanged.

Shares were sold in multiple tranches between $111.02 and $114.21, with the stock closing at $113.75 on July 28. The disposal reflects a strategic adjustment to the CEO’s equity exposure while maintaining a significant financial commitment to the company.
