Ares Management raised $36 billion in the second quarter, pushing first-half fundraising to $66 billion. Total assets under management grew 17% year over year to $671 billion, while fee-paying AUM reached $410 billion.

Fee-related earnings increased 20% to $491 million, and after-tax realized income rose 27% to $468 million. The company also raised its quarterly dividend by over 20% to $1.35 per share, citing strong margin expansion.

Investment activity surged to $36 billion, driven by private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. Redemptions in the non-traded BDC remained low, with core U.S. individual-investor requests at 2.5% of NAV.
