The company’s revenue growth outpaced consensus, driven by strong demand in its core automotive segments. Prior-year Q2 revenue stood at $6.0 billion, with adjusted EPS of $3.98.
Lear also updated its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting net sales between $23.54 billion and $24.01 billion, slightly above the $23.73 billion consensus. Adjusted EBITDA is forecast at $1.70 billion to $1.82 billion, with free cash flow ranging from $590 million to $690 million.
