Quantum Solutions sold 1,000 ETH for $1.9 million on July 30, raising its total disposals since June to 1,904 ETH, or 29% of its initial holdings. The sale price of $1,903 per token was 47% below the firm’s $3,595.02 average acquisition cost, resulting in a $100,970 loss against the May 31 carrying value of $2,003.97 per ETH.

The company’s board increased the ETH sale cap to 4,375 tokens through October 30, nearly 66% of its June holdings. Of its remaining ETH, 3,050 tokens are pledged as collateral. Earlier in June, Quantum sold 904 ETH for $1.61 million at an average price of $1,777 per token, bringing total proceeds to $3.51 million.

Separately, Hyperscale Data monetized about 100 BTC and secured a bitcoin-backed credit facility at 4.5%-5% to fund its Michigan AI data center project.
