InterDigital posted second-quarter revenue of $260.2 million, surpassing its guidance range of $139 million to $143 million, driven by $103.7 million in catch-up revenue and recurring licensing growth. Adjusted EBITDA reached $184.1 million, well above the $67 million to $73 million forecast, while non-GAAP diluted EPS hit $4.62, topping estimates of $1.41 to $1.60.
The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $775 million–$845 million, up from prior expectations, with adjusted EBITDA now projected at $469 million–$529 million and non-GAAP EPS at $10.85–$12.81. Annualized recurring revenue climbed 13% year over year to a record $625.7 million.
InterDigital resolved litigation with Amazon through a patent-license agreement covering devices and services like Prime Video, though final terms will be determined via arbitration. The company also secured injunctions against Disney over HEVC patents and expanded IoT and EV-charging licenses.
