Lightspeed Commerce (NYSE:LSPD) shareholders approved all proposals at the company’s annual meeting, including the election of seven incumbent directors and an equity incentive plan renewal. The vote signals confidence in the company’s multiyear transformation strategy.
The company reported an 11% increase in customer locations in growth markets for fiscal 2026, alongside a 35% rise in adjusted EBITDA to C$72.5 million. Adjusted free cash flow reached C$18.2 million, while share repurchases totaled 18.7 million shares for $220 million through March 2026.
Lightspeed is focusing on North American retail and European hospitality, streamlining operations after divesting Upserve. The company also renewed its share buyback program, reinforcing capital return efforts.
