Robinhood Markets delivered second-quarter results that exceeded Wall Street expectations, with total net revenues rising 32% year-over-year to $1.31 billion. Adjusted earnings per share reached $0.62, up from $0.42 a year earlier, while net income climbed 48% to $573 million.
Prediction markets drove the outperformance, with event contracts revenue surging more than 10x to $156 million. Total transaction-based revenues grew 44% to $776 million, supported by a 29% increase in options revenue to $342 million and a 95% jump in equities revenue to $129 million. Crypto trading revenue declined 38% to $100 million.
Net interest revenues rose 9% to $389 million, contributing to the record quarter. The company highlighted strong growth across equity, option, and event contract volumes, signaling continued market share gains.
