Bristol Myers Lifts 2026 Outlook on Strong Eliquis, New Drug Sales

The drugmaker raised its full-year revenue and profit forecasts after Q2 results exceeded Wall Street estimates.

Bristol Myers Squibb increased its 2026 revenue and earnings guidance after second-quarter results surpassed expectations. Revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $12.97 billion, beating the $11.75 billion estimate, while adjusted earnings of $2.04 per share topped the $1.59 forecast.

The company now expects full-year revenue of $49 billion to $50 billion, up from $46 billion to $47.5 billion, and adjusted 2026 earnings of $6.75 to $7.00 per share, revised from $6.05 to $6.35. Growth was driven by Eliquis, Camzyos, and Reblozyl, offsetting a 49% decline in Revlimid sales to $425 million.

Reblozyl sales reached $735 million, exceeding expectations of $664 million, while Camzyos generated $416 million and Breyanzi brought in $484 million. The company highlighted a 15% growth in its portfolio of newer medicines.
