Major cryptocurrencies showed little movement Thursday, with bitcoin at $64,100 and ether at $1,905, as trading volumes remained subdued. XRP, solana, and BNB also held steady, while Hyperliquid’s HYPE token slipped to $54.

Samsung Electronics reported a more than 250-fold increase in chip profits due to AI-driven memory shortages, yet its stock reaction was tepid. The Kospi index swung between gains and losses after a 40% drop from its June peak, reflecting elevated investor expectations.

Despite recent equity market volatility, crypto’s weekly declines remain modest, with BNB posting a small gain. Liquidity appears thin, with $28 billion in bitcoin and $10 billion in ether volumes.
