Diebold Nixdorf maintained its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $510 million to $535 million and projected free cash flow of $255 million to $270 million. The outlook follows a quarter of strong commercial momentum, with order entry increasing 3% year-over-year and 6% sequentially.

First-half order entry reached its highest level in four years, while backlog grew to $814 million. The company cited sequential backlog expansion as a key driver for its confidence in meeting full-year targets.

Management did not disclose immediate market reactions, focusing instead on operational performance and long-term financial goals.
