Bausch + Lomb reported Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15, missing estimates by $0.01. Revenue reached $1.39 billion, up 8.6% year-over-year and $20 million above expectations.

The company updated its 2026 outlook, raising revenue guidance to $5.44 billion-$5.54 billion from $5.42 billion-$5.52 billion. Constant-currency growth is now projected at 5.8%-7.7%, up from 5.3%-7.2%, compared to a consensus of $5.47 billion.

Shares showed limited reaction in after-hours trading as investors weighed the earnings miss against stronger revenue and improved guidance.
