The company reported all-time high net sales and adjusted EBITDA, driven by strong performance in its Mineral Fiber and Architectural Specialties segments.

In Q2 2026, both segments contributed solidly to earnings, reflecting improved market demand and operational execution. The updated outlook reflects confidence in sustained growth amid favorable industry conditions.

The board also authorized an additional $800 million for share repurchases, signaling management’s commitment to returning capital to shareholders.
