American Tower boosts full-year outlook after Q2 2026 leasing demand and data center revenue rise sharply.

American Tower raised its 2026 financial outlook following another quarter of robust leasing demand across its global tower portfolio and record activity at its CoreSite data centers. The company now targets approximately 15% revenue growth in its data center segment, driven by operational discipline and strong market demand.

In Q2 2026, American Tower reported accelerated leasing activity, building on consistent growth from prior periods. The data center segment, in particular, outperformed expectations, reflecting broader industry trends toward digital infrastructure expansion.

Management attributed the upward revision to sustained demand for tower and data center assets, positioning the company for continued growth in the latter half of the year.
