UPS posted second-quarter 2026 revenue of $22.8 billion, surpassing analyst expectations of $21.81 billion, as adjusted earnings per share reached $1.76 against a forecast of $1.66. The company attributed growth to higher revenue per piece and strong international performance, despite a decline in GAAP net income to $604 million due to $891 million in transformation charges.
The company raised its full-year revenue outlook to approximately $91.2 billion from $89.7 billion, while also increasing adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $7.22 and adjusted operating profit guidance to $8.65 billion. U.S. domestic revenue grew 6% to $14.9 billion, with a 9.3% rise in revenue per piece, while international revenue climbed 12.5% to $5 billion.
UPS CEO Carol Tomé noted strong momentum entering the second half of the year, supporting the upward revision in financial targets. The company’s operating margins improved in both domestic and international segments, reflecting efficiency gains.
