Coca-Cola Femsa posted a 16.9% increase in majority net income to MXN 6.2 billion for Q2 2026, supported by 3.5% volume growth to 1.1 billion unit cases. Revenue climbed 4.7% to MXN 76.3 billion, or 6.6% on a currency-neutral basis, as higher volumes and pricing actions offset weaker product mix and currency effects.

Gross profit rose 8.8% to MXN 35.9 billion, with gross margin expanding 180 basis points to 47.1%. The company cited lower sweetener and PET costs, hedging gains, and currency appreciation against USD-denominated inputs. Operating income increased 9.1% to MXN 10.7 billion, while adjusted EBITDA grew 12.1% to MXN 15 billion, including MXN 265 million in insurance recoveries.

Mexico’s excise-tax increase and softer demand weighed on results, while Brazil, Colombia, and Guatemala delivered record volumes. The effective tax rate declined, further boosting net income.
