Frasers Group has acquired Greaves Sports, a Glasgow-based retailer operating one physical store and an e-commerce platform. The deal underscores Frasers’ strategy to expand its presence in Scotland while maintaining Greaves’ existing branding and customer experience.

Greaves Sports, established 96 years ago, confirmed its Gordon Street store and online operations will continue unchanged, preserving gift cards and loyalty points. Frasers highlighted the move as part of its broader investment in enhanced in-store experiences and customer choice.

The conglomerate reported a 59.2% rise in international revenue for the 52 weeks ending 26 April 2026, offsetting weaker consumer confidence and inventory challenges. Frasers also holds a 26% stake in Hugo Boss and recently launched a bid for full ownership.
