Management declared a $0.15 quarterly dividend for Q2 2026, paid June 1, following special dividends of $0.30 and $0.33 in prior years. Ford Pro’s software subscriptions surged 30% to 879,000 users, while a $10.7 billion EV impairment charge has already addressed prior losses in its electric-vehicle segment.
Shares trade at roughly 4.5 times free cash flow, a discount to peers, as commercial and traditional vehicle operations fund dividends and absorb EV-related losses.
