Nvidia reports $75 billion in Data Center revenue, doubling year-over-year, as AI capital expenditure accelerates globally.

Nvidia’s Data Center revenue jumped 92% year-over-year to $75 billion in the latest quarter, driven by surging demand for AI infrastructure. The company trades at 23x forward earnings with a PEG ratio of 0.56, half of Marvell’s multiple despite outperforming peers in revenue growth.

Fiscal 2026 revenue reached $215.9 billion, up from $130.5 billion the prior year, with net income of $120.1 billion. Nvidia absorbed a $4.5 billion China inventory charge and shipped no H20 units there, yet maintains $119 billion in supply commitments and guided Q2 revenue to $91 billion.

Management highlighted the acceleration of AI factory buildouts, calling it the largest infrastructure expansion in history. The company’s turnkey Blackwell racks and proprietary NVLink interconnects are capturing current capital expenditure, while software and licensing models aim to convert hardware sales into recurring revenue streams.
