Roper Technologies reported second-quarter revenue of $2.1 billion, up 9% year-over-year, and adjusted EPS of $5.38, a 10% increase. Free cash flow grew 11%, beating internal expectations and prompting a raise in full-year guidance.

The company now expects adjusted EPS between $22.15 and $22.30, with revenue growth above 8%. Prior guidance was not disclosed, but management cited strong organic growth and AI-driven product momentum as key drivers.

Roper also announced plans to use $1.2 billion in after-tax proceeds from the Indicor divestiture for deleveraging and potential acquisitions over the next 12-18 months. Share repurchases remain a priority, though capital allocation may shift toward M&A.
