The Fidelity High Dividend ETF (FDVV) offers a 2.6% 30-day SEC yield, surpassing the S&P 500’s 1% yield. The fund targets mid- and large-cap companies that pay and raise dividends, including blue-chip stocks like Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.

Since its 2016 inception, FDVV has generated a 13.3% annualized total return. The ETF combines high-dividend stocks with megacap tech names such as Nvidia, Apple, and Microsoft to balance income and growth.

FDVV’s strategy challenges the notion that investors must choose between high yields and capital appreciation, providing both in a single fund.
