Europe’s most valuable private fintech firm reaches $115 billion valuation after 53% jump in less than a year.

Revolut’s valuation climbed to $115 billion in a secondary share sale, pricing shares at $2,017 each. The transaction allows employees and existing shareholders to sell stock without raising new capital for the company.

The valuation marks a 53% increase from November’s $75 billion and more than doubles the $45 billion figure from 2024. Revolut reported $2.3 billion in pre-tax profit and $6 billion in revenue for 2025, alongside over 75 million customers.

The firm recently secured a full U.K. banking license and is pursuing a U.S. national bank charter, with IPO targets nearing $200 billion.
