EMPG received a delisting notice for violating Nasdaq rules, including delayed fiscal filings, with a July 23 appeal deadline.
Empro Group (NASDAQ: EMPG) disclosed it received a Nasdaq delisting notice on July 16 for failing to comply with Listing Rule IM-5101-4. The exchange also cited the company’s delayed fiscal 2025 Form 20-F filing as grounds for delisting under Rule 5250(c)(1).
The company has until July 23 to appeal the determination. If no appeal is filed, Nasdaq expects to suspend trading of EMPG shares on July 27. The notice follows a 2.25% decline in the stock.
Nasdaq’s rules require timely financial disclosures and adherence to minimum listing standards, which Empro Group has not met.
