Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ:ALBT) said Monday it is rebranding as Change Agents Corp. as it completes its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company.

The name change, ticker change and existing CUSIP number will not affect shareholders’ ownership interests. Shareholders do not need to take any action. The rebranding follows Avalon’s acquisition of RPM Interactive.
It also reflects the company’s shift from a diversified technology business to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company focused on agentic AI platforms for businesses and content creators. AI Strategy And Leadership Vision Michael Mathews, director of Change Agents Corp., recently discussed the company’s strategy in an investor interview. He also outlined the Beacon and Catch-Up platforms and the company’s long-term AI growth plans. “Change Agents is more than a new name, it represents our vision for the future,” Mathews said. “We are building agentic AI software products designed to deliver material revenue increases for small businesses, brands, and content creators.
