UK-based accountancy company bk plus group has acquired Riches and Co.
Accountants, a chartered practice based in Cobham, Surrey
Riches and Co. was founded in 1979 and is led by senior partner Richard Bolton. The company provides partner-led advice to a wide mix of clients, from private individuals to companies with a turnover of more than £60m ($80.7m). Its services cover statutory accounts and audit, corporate and personal tax planning, VAT, payroll and support for business start-ups.
Following the acquisition, Bolton and his team will remain in place and continue to operate from the Cobham office. Bolton said: “We have been in Cobham for over 45 years. We know our clients well, and they know us.
