Tesla is set to report second-quarter earnings after the bell on Wednesday, with revenue expected to climb 16% year-over-year to $26.21 billion. Adjusted earnings per share are forecast at $0.50, while adjusted EBITDA is projected to reach $4.00 billion, up from $2.3 billion in the same period last year.

The revenue growth follows a 25% jump in Q2 deliveries to 480,126 vehicles, surpassing consensus estimates of 397,466. Energy storage deployments also rose sharply, reaching 13.5 GWh, a 53% increase from the prior quarter. Analysts attribute the sales surge to a fully ramped Model Y, aggressive pricing, and easing macro headwinds.

Despite strong operational performance, concerns persist over Tesla’s cash burn as investments in Optimus and Robotaxi projects accelerate. The company’s ability to balance growth with profitability will be closely watched.
