VCI Global (NASDAQ:VCIG) has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for timely periodic filings. The company had received a non-compliance notice on May 19 after failing to file its annual report on time, following a Form 12b-25 extension request filed on May 1.
Nasdaq confirmed the company’s compliance after VCIG submitted its 2025 annual report on Form 20-F to the SEC on July 15. The matter has since been closed. The delay had triggered a 14.81% decline in the company’s shares prior to the resolution.
