Wells Fargo has rolled out AI Teammate, an artificial intelligence-powered tool integrated into its Advisor Gateway platform. The tool aims to help advisors, client associates, and support teams access information and complete routine tasks more efficiently using plain-language queries and guided workflows.
In its initial phase, AI Teammate enables users to search and summarize data from the firm’s resource center, reducing time spent navigating multiple pages. The bank plans to expand its capabilities to include personalized insights for client conversations and practice growth. The tool is available to all Wealth & Investment Management advisors, including independent affiliates.
