Sonnedix acquires 260MW battery energy storage system portfolio
Sonnedix has acquired a 260MW battery energy storage system portfolio in Italy, consisting of two projects with capacities of 160MW and 100MW.
The acquisition brings Sonnedix’s total battery storage portfolio to approximately 2.8GW.
The company has 11GW of total renewable energy capacity and continues to expand in Italy, a market with considerable growth in energy storage.
Sonnedix has operations in several countries, including Chile, France, and Japan, with a portfolio of 11GW, including 1GW under construction and 5GW in development.
