Nokian Tyres reported a 136% increase in Q2 operating profit to EUR 34.8M, driven by a 10.6% rise in net sales to EUR 379.9M. The company’s segments operating profit climbed 71% to EUR 45.0M.
Net sales grew from EUR 343.7M in the same period last year, with a 9.7% increase in comparable currencies. Operating profit more than doubled from EUR 14.8M, while segments operating profit rose from EUR 26.3M.
The results reflect stronger demand and improved pricing in key markets.
