Swedish engineering group Sandvik reports 23.7% year-on-year revenue growth, driven by higher order intake and adjusted EBITA.

Sandvik AB posted Q2 revenue of SEK 36.75 billion, up 23.7% year-on-year, as demand across its industrial segments strengthened. Non-GAAP earnings per share reached SEK 4.59 for the quarter.

Order intake surged to SEK 37,799 million from SEK 32,206 million in the same period last year, reflecting a 17% increase at fixed exchange rates and organically. Adjusted EBITA climbed to SEK 8,306 million, underscoring improved profitability.

The results highlight robust industrial activity, particularly in mining and manufacturing sectors, where Sandvik operates.
