Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. posted a 33% year-over-year increase in second-quarter revenue, reaching $40.2 billion. The company’s dominance in advanced chip production drove the gain amid strong demand for semiconductors.

Management guided third-quarter revenue between $44.6 billion and $45.8 billion, implying 37% growth from the $31.1 billion reported in Q3 2025. Full-year revenue is expected to rise 40% from the prior year, reflecting sustained momentum in the foundry market.

TSMC, with a $2.1 trillion market capitalization, holds an estimated 73% share of the global foundry market. The company’s ability to accelerate growth underscores robust demand for its advanced process technologies.
