ASML Holding (NASDAQ:ASML) is trading at $1,775.64, up 66.56% year-to-date, after posting four consecutive earnings beats and raising full-year guidance. The company’s Q2 2026 revenue reached $10.65B, a 21.3% year-over-year increase, with EPS of $8.67, exceeding expectations.

Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised to a range of $49.11B to $51.40B, up from $37.94B in 2025. Free cash flow surged 268% year-over-year to $1.50B, while backlog stood at $45.06B. ASML’s forward P/E of ~56x remains elevated compared to peers but is justified by its EUV monopoly.

Analysts set a 12-month price target of $2,111.15, implying 18.9% upside, driven by AI-related capex pulling forward lithography demand. CEO Christophe Fouquet noted memory customers are sold out through 2026, with supply constraints extending beyond next year.
