The company targets late summer 2026 to acquire 40 km of 2D seismic data to advance exploration on its M47c,d block.
Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE:TCF, OTCQB:TRLEF, FRA:Z620) will conduct a 40-kilometre 2D seismic survey on its M47c,d oil block in southeastern Türkiye, scheduled for late summer 2026. The program aims to image three priority areas, including the South Lead and North field discovery zone near the Çetinkaya-1 and Çetinkaya-2 wells, to support future drilling and development.
The survey follows recent field scouting and a high-resolution gravity study, which identified fault-related structures and leads. Tender documents for contractors are prepared, with advance site work expected to reduce costs and shorten the six-week acquisition timeline. Data interpretation will guide new well locations.
Trillion Energy stated the seismic program will enhance commercialization efforts, as key areas of the block remain under-imaged. The lines are positioned to align with discoveries on adjacent blocks, potentially improving exploration outcomes.
