GE Aerospace posted Q2 adjusted earnings per share of $2.02, beating estimates of $1.86. Revenue reached $12.63 billion, above the $11.86 billion forecast, supported by a 6% beat in commercial engines and services revenue at $9.73 billion.

Analysts had expected $9.16 billion for the segment, while defense and propulsion technologies revenue hit $3.44 billion, surpassing the $3.2 billion estimate. Adjusted free cash flow totaled $3.03 billion, nearly $1 billion above projections.

Shares may react positively to the earnings beat and improved cash flow guidance.
