ABB posted second-quarter GAAP earnings per share of $0.68, missing estimates by $0.06. Revenue reached $9.47 billion, up 14.2% year-over-year, beating forecasts by $30 million.
Orders surged 30% to $12,042 million, with comparable growth at 28%. Operational EBITA hit $1,925 million, reflecting a 20.2% margin. Cash flow from operating activities rose 9% to $1,150 million.
The company also updated its fiscal year outlook and provided guidance for the third quarter.
