Deutsche Bank lowered its price target for McDonald’s Corporation (NYSE:MCD) to $325 from $350 on July 9, 2026, retaining a Buy rating ahead of the company’s second-quarter earnings report. The adjustment follows a challenging April and ongoing questions about the company’s strategic direction, despite valuation support near multiyear lows.

Prior to this, KeyBanc had cut its price target to $315 from $330 on June 29, citing reduced near-term U.S. same-store sales expectations. While KeyBanc acknowledged potential Q2 bright spots, it noted the core business has struggled to regain momentum, with tougher comparisons ahead adding pressure on shares.

McDonald’s recent leadership changes include the appointment of Bryan Brown as Chief Development Officer for McDonald’s USA, effective July 14. Brown previously spent over a decade at Raising Cane’s, where he contributed to its national expansion.
