Analysts raise TNGX targets to $46 and $60 citing $4 billion revenue opportunity from vopimetostat plus KRAS inhibitors.

Canaccord Genuity raised its price target for Tango Therapeutics (NASDAQ:TNGX) to $46 from $42, maintaining a Buy rating. The firm cited upside potential from vopimetostat combined with KRAS inhibitors in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The revised target reflects a 53% upside from current levels.

Jefferies upgraded TNGX from Hold to Buy and lifted its target to $60 from $27, implying over 100% upside. The firm highlighted promising data for vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib, estimating a $4 billion opportunity covering 25%-40% of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma patients. TNGX has rallied 242% in 2026.

Tango recently priced a stock offering of 18.2 million shares at $30 each, alongside 1.83 million pre-funded warrants at $29.99. The company expects net proceeds of $566.5 million to fund pipeline development.
