The asset manager reported 31% revenue growth and $192 billion in net inflows for the quarter, driving assets under management to $15.3 trillion.

BlackRock reported second-quarter revenue of $7.1 billion, a 31% increase from a year earlier, driven by broad-based client inflows and higher markets. Adjusted operating income rose 39% to $2.9 billion, while earnings per share climbed 15% to $13.91, both setting quarterly records.

The firm saw $192 billion in total net inflows during the quarter, contributing to $868 billion over the past 12 months. Organic base fee growth reached 8% for the quarter and 10% year-over-year. Assets under management hit a record $15.3 trillion, up more than $1 trillion in 2026.

BlackRock’s adjusted operating margin expanded to 45.9%, up 260 basis points from the prior year, marking its highest level in nearly five years.
