Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) integrated its FICO Score 10T into Optimal Blue’s capital-markets platform, enabling lenders to use the score for pricing, eligibility, hedging, and portfolio valuation. The move extends Score 10T’s role beyond origination, embedding it into secondary-market tools and servicing workflows.

Optimal Blue supports about 60% of the top 50 U.S. mortgage lenders, amplifying FICO’s market penetration. The company also offers Score 10T alongside its classic score via a free-access program, allowing lenders to test it before full adoption. Despite competition from VantageScore and regulatory scrutiny, FICO’s long-standing dominance and lender familiarity provide a structural advantage.

FICO’s predictive analytics and credit-scoring products remain central to mortgage lending infrastructure, reinforcing its market position.
