Hycroft Mining (NASDAQ:HYMC) has appointed Michael Deal as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 24. Deal brings more than 20 years of experience in operating and technical leadership within the gold and silver mining sectors.
Prior to joining Hycroft, Deal held senior roles in North American mining operations, most recently contributing to strategic and operational initiatives. His appointment follows the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team amid operational expansion.
The move is part of Hycroft’s broader strategy to enhance execution and scalability in its mining projects.
