Swedish property firm Castellum reports 1H income of SEK 4,741M despite a 1% annual decline in earnings per share.
Castellum AB reported first-half income of SEK 4,741 million, down 1.0% year-over-year, while earnings per share rose sharply to SEK 4.07 from SEK 0.39. Net operating income increased 0.3% to SEK 3,215 million, and income from property management climbed 3.6% to SEK 2,301 million.
The results reflect modest growth in property management revenue, offset by a slight decline in overall income. Prior-year comparisons show a mixed performance, with EPS rebounding strongly despite a marginal drop in total income.
