CleanSpark signs a 20-year lease with a global tech firm, expected to generate $6.6 billion in contracted revenue starting late 2027.
CleanSpark (NASDAQ: CLSK) announced a 20-year infrastructure lease at its Sandersville, Georgia, campus, expected to yield $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. Deliveries are set to begin in Q4 2027, with the deal including 175 MW of critical IT load and annual rent escalators.
The lease is projected to add $330 million in average annual net operating income, with a near-100% cumulative NOI contribution margin. If extended, total revenue could reach $11.6 billion. CleanSpark estimates project costs at $10 million to $12 million per MW of critical IT load.
Shares of CLSK rose 10% to $13.65 in early trading following the announcement. The company also secured an exclusivity pact in Texas, further expanding its digital infrastructure footprint.
