Bank of America trades at 13x forward P/E with a $66 target, while Morgan Stanley surges 59% above consensus and JPMorgan nears 52-week highs.
Bank of America (BAC) screens as the most attractive of the three major banks at $59.67, trading at 13x forward P/E with a $66 analyst target. Morgan Stanley (MS) has rallied 59% and now trades above its consensus price, while JPMorgan Chase (JPM) sits near its 52-week high of $341.91.
All three banks reported strong Q1 2026 results. JPMorgan grew EPS 17% year over year to $5.94, Morgan Stanley delivered record revenue of $20.58 billion with 27.1% ROTCE, and Bank of America grew EPS 25% to $1.11. JPMorgan’s valuation remains reasonable at 15x forward P/E, but its 18.97% one-year gain leaves limited upside to the $352.76 consensus target.
Analysts remain cautious on JPMorgan, with 12 Hold ratings, while Bank of America’s lower multiple and higher growth potential make it the preferred pick on valuation.
