Arch Insurance North America creates US transactional liability team
Arch Insurance North America has established a US-based transactional liability team to broaden its transactional risk insurance offering.
The team will initially focus on representations and warranties and tax coverage products.
Arch Capital Group has approximately $26.9bn in capital as of 31 March 2026.
