Corecivic to Redeem $238.5m Outstanding 4.75% Notes Due 2027

CoreCivic (NYSE:CXW) said on Monday it will redeem all remaining $238.5M of its 4.750% senior notes due 2027 on Aug. 12, 2026. - The notes will be redeemed at 100% of principal, plus the applicable make-whole premium and accrued interest through Aug. 11, 2026
