JPMorgan reduced its price target for Q2 Holdings (NYSE:QTWO) to $60 from $80, citing updated financial models extending to December 2027. The firm adjusted its outlook for banking technology and digital banking stocks but retained a constructive stance on the sector.

Despite the cut, JPMorgan remains optimistic about QTWO and Alkami, highlighting their duopolistic market position, strong retention, and long-term contract durations. The firm dismissed AI-defensibility concerns, emphasizing entrenched workflow and compliance advantages. QTWO currently trades with a forward P/E of 21.01 and 43% upside potential.

Q2 Holdings provides digital banking solutions to financial institutions and FinTechs, with a focus on risk management and core processing platforms. Analysts covering the stock largely maintain a Buy rating, with 14% adopting a neutral view.
