Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (NASDAQ:CORT) chief development officer William Guyer sold 20,000 shares on July 7, 2026, following the company’s $1.05 billion revenue outlook. The transaction was executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established November 27, 2024.

The sale liquidated 83% of Guyer’s direct common stock holdings but left 130,000 derivative securities, including stock options. He retains 3,985 direct shares, with 1,599 tied to unvested restricted stock awards granted between December 2025 and June 2026.

Corcept focuses on treatments for metabolic, oncological, and neuropsychiatric disorders, with Korlym as its primary commercial product for Cushing’s syndrome.
