Rollins Inc. (NYSE:ROL) named William Harkins as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 15, replacing Kenneth Krause, who is leaving to join another industry. Krause will assist during the transition under a services agreement.
Krause, who joined in 2022, oversaw a 50% increase in Rollins’ market capitalization and an 80% rise in dividend payouts. The company credited him with modernizing operations and improving investor transparency.
Harkins, a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience, previously held roles at Mohawk Industries, Mars, and Coca-Cola. He joined Rollins as Chief Accounting Officer in March 2025.
