Zoom CEO sells $5.1 million in stock to cover tax obligations

The sale was non-discretionary, executed to cover tax withholding obligations associated with restricted stock units.
Yuan maintains substantial economic interest in the company through 56,622 shares and over 21.2 million derivative securities.
The shares were withheld at a weighted average price of $86.38, during a period where the stock closed at $89.88 as of July 9, 2026.
